Common questions

Ask a question
Can you fix dead spots in our metal warehouse or back yard?

I can survey the space and recommend access point placement and wired connections. Building materials, distance, interference, and outdoor conditions all affect coverage; I test the areas included in the work.

Why does our internet drop out when the weather gets hot or during storms?

Heat, power issues, damaged cabling, interference, and provider outages can all cause problems. I check the symptoms and equipment before recommending cooling, power protection, replacement hardware, or an ISP investigation.

How do you quote network installations?

I review the site, cable routes, equipment needs, and installation requirements. The quote identifies hardware and labour, with changes to the agreed scope discussed before additional work.

What happens if our internet goes down entirely?

Contact me with the symptoms and whether all devices are affected. I help identify whether the problem is inside your network or with your provider. Cellular backup can be considered where coverage and the equipment support it.

Tell me where the connection falls short.

Coverage, cable routes, and backup internet depend on the building, equipment, and provider.
